KYC Verification
ck00 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and verification of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) used for deposits. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions
ck00 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available only to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, satisfied any minimum deposit requirement specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering Requirements

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the player's account without compensation.
ck00 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus is cancelled after having been credited to a player's account, the bonus balance will be removed but any real-money balance in the account will remain unaffected. 6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

Dispute Resolution

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for Suspension or Closure by ck00
ck00 may suspend or permanently close a player's account, and may forfeit some or all funds held in the account, in any of the following circumstances:
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 6.
- Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the timeframe specified by ck00.
- Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
Voluntary Account Closure by the Player
A player may request the closure of their ck00 account at any time by contacting ck00 support at [email protected]. Before an account is closed at the player's request, any pending withdrawal requests that meet the applicable requirements will be processed. Any bonus balance in the account at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited. The real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the player via the payment method most recently used for a deposit.
Where ck00 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or due to fraudulent or criminal activity, ck00 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account and may report the relevant details to law enforcement or regulatory authorities as appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability
The following limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits ck00's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by ck00's negligence.
ck00 provides the platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck00 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. ck00 shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from: (a) any interruption or failure of the platform; (b) any technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, where the affected game rounds are voided and wagers refunded; (c) any third-party payment provider delay, failure, or error; or (d) any force majeure event including but not limited to acts of government, natural disasters, or communications infrastructure failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ck00's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the player's use of the ck00 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their ck00 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
